Meeting
At the outset, we discuss your objectives and priorities. Together, we find the optimal combination of cost-effectiveness and design for you. We are also happy to consider different solution options in variants.
Plan
Good planning pays off. We create the complete work and assembly planning, either based on your planning or, if desired, including architectural planning and structural analysis. You will receive CAD and 3D-based planning that is BIM-compliant and will be helpful for ongoing building management, for example in facility management.
Production
We produce a combination of panel and modular construction. In timber panel construction, the wall panels and roof elements are already closed on both sides. Windows, external blinds, roller shutters, and external window sills are already installed. The interior walls are plastered and sanded. We can also supply stairwells for increased fire and sound insulation requirements in timber frame construction. A stabilizing core in solid construction is not necessary, which reduces the coordination effort on the construction site and is more cost-effective. We deliver wet rooms, such as bathrooms, which are generally complex in construction and require coordination of many trades, almost completely finished.
Assembly
The installation ensures that the building is weatherproof. Our installation team stays on the ball until we can safely hand over the building to you, including all technically complex connections. We ensure that the requirements for static connections and airtightness are met both inside and outside. If you would like to carry out this extended installation yourself, we will provide you with expert guidance.
